To check or cancel your booking, go to “Manage my booking,” enter your email, and the locator number you received in the booking confirmation mail.


When is the payment for the reservation made?

Payment is made upon arrival at the hotel, except for any extra charges, which are paid at check-out.


Do I need a credit card to make a reservation?

Yes, although the payment is 100% at the hotel upon arrival, the card is required as a booking guarantee. If you don’t have a credit card, contact us by email to arrange payment via bank transfer.


How can I see the views from each room?

On our website, you can view the view from each room, as well as the location of each room in the building.


Does the hotel have parking?

Yes, we have unmonitored parking at no extra cost. It is not reserved in advance. You will receive the access code for the parking by email a few days before your arrival. On-demand availability of an electric vehicle charger.


Do you accept pets?

No, we do not accept pets.


Is the spa included?

The spa is not included. The price is 5 euros per session per person. If you book through our website with a minimum stay of 5 nights, you will receive 1 free session per person.


What does the spa include?

The spa features a heated pool with jacuzzi, dry sauna, and a water curtain. For spa access or schedule information, please inquire at reception. Children can only access the spa when accompanied by an adult.


Do you offer transfers from the airport to the hotel?

Yes, during the booking process, you will have the option to book a private transfer.


What time is check-in and check-out?

Check-in is from 13:00, and check-out is until 10:00. There is an option for late check-out, subject to availability, by asking at reception one day before.


If I arrive late in the day, can I check-in?

Yes, no problem. You can check in 24 hours a day.


Do you have luggage storage and changing rooms?

Yes, on both your arrival and departure days, you can leave your luggage in the luggage storage and use the changing rooms with showers.


If I have half-board and arrive too late for dinner, what happens?

If you inform us in advance, you can substitute the first dinner for lunch on another day, or we can prepare a cold dinner for you.


If I book half-board, can I change dinner for lunch?

Yes, by notifying reception the day before, you can make this change.

Children must be accompanied by an adult.
Rules must be respected at all times, especially with regard to the days/hours of use. If, for exceptional reasons, during the client’s stay, this activity are not available, there will be no financial compensation.

Direct transferfrom the airport

At the end of the booking process there is the option to book a direct and private transfer from the airport (Barcelona or Girona-Costa Brava) to the hotel Montemar Maritim. Your chauffeur, with a name sign, will wait for you in the arrivals hall of the airport. Then you will be transported, without any stops, to the hotel Montemar Maritim. For the return, the chauffeur will come to pick you up at the Hotel reception.
